Thankfully there is a whole year until the next hanenkam rennen. Kitzbuhel was as narly this year as ever, but I am glad it’s done and that I am safe and sound. Tron took this picture before the slalomrace this morning. As you can see both AxL and I are pretty done for. Writing this, we are now in Schladming. I’m going to take a day off tomorrow before the race on tuesday.
Kitzbuhel is pretty exhausting for both body and mind. It’s been long since i was this tired. Anyhow: hasn’t been the best weekend for me, but i ended up with a 4th in the combination, which is pretty good considering the poor downhill and the big mistake in the first run today. Looking forward to a lot of spectactors on tuesday night! Go slalom!
