Penguin Style

The running season has started.. Add the fact that the squat season has started as well, and you get a pretty funny picture. I am constantly sore in every muscle that I have. Which basically means walking around like a penguin. This is a picture after today’s 4×4 interval session. Pretty tired, but it feels great.. Hopefully the penguin style will only last another couple of sessions until my body has gotten used to the summer training again.
