After a couple of weeks eating nothing but hotel-food, we finally found the time to eat out. Franz, Ulf, Trond, AxL and I are the ones left to do dh training here in chamonix tomorrow, and we are now enjoying a great dinner at a restaurant in the centre of town. Ulf, with another moment of pure genius (remember last time?) figured it was a great idea to order snails as a starter.
Now… Who would be dumb enough to eat snails? Oh well. I just ate the one in the picture, and guess what, it was surprisingly good! My “bucket list” is getting shorter..
